Reminders:

*You only need to check into the office for your 1st class.  Instructors will take attendance during class after the 1st day.

*Classes enter the gym from the 2nd lobby, and exit into the 1st lobby.  Exception- Saturday 9 am Super Star and Friends Classes will enter and exit by the 2nd lobby (and these classes should use the grey cubbies.)

*Students should wear a leotard or shorts or a tighter fitting shirt/tank top that can be tucked in.  Long hair must be pulled up.

(This is for when the gymnasts go upside down and it is for their safety.) We do not allow bra tops, crop tops or skirts in the gym at SSGA.

*Only water is allowed in the gym.  We do not allow juices, soda or Gatorade in the gym.  Please label your water bottle and make sure the tops are tightly screwed on and there are no straws.  (Those types of water bottles leak in the gym.)
