*Reminder of our dress code policy which requires the stomach to be covered and that bra tops/crop tops are not allowed.

Hair must be pulled back & students take their class barefoot.

Only water bottles with screw tops and no straws are allowed in the gym.  Juices, Gatorade, etc. are not allowed.

Instructional Gymnastics Classes for Toddlers Through Teens

We Offer a Wide Variety of Classes for All Ages And Skill Levels!

SCHOOL AGED CLASSES
(Ages 5+)

GYM STARS-(CO-ED)
This program is for ages 5+ that focuses on all 4 women’s apparatus as well as the tumble trak. We use drills and stations to aid in the teaching of all the basic fundamental gymnastics skills. Gym Star classes are 55 minutes. Gym Star 1 is a beginners class/1st year of gymnastics instruction, Gym Star 2 is the next level up (2nd year) and Gym Star 3/4 is an advanced beginners class for students in their 3rd or 4th year of instruction.  Our curriculum is designed to challenge the students to the best of their ability, and we use lots of positive reinforcement to help build their confidence! Each station on every event is designed to have 3 choices of skills to make sure every superstar is LEARNING LOTS OF AWESOME GYMNASTICS while having an absolute blast!
We start every rotation with a cardio or strength building warm up, then the class will move onto learning new skills, using drills and stations to help facilitate learning!

GYM GIRLZ
This program is our intermediate to advanced level of gymnastics instruction. This is an 75 minute class that is for experienced gymnasts only. Gymnasts will learn LOTS of great gymnastics including: back and front handsprings, back hip circles on bars as well as skills like handstands, walkover and cartwheels on the beam! The students also start to focus more on the conditioning and flexibility work necessary to improve as a gymnast.  These girls love to feel challenged and have a SUPER GREAT time learning all kinds of COOL gymnastics skills!
Pre-requisite: *Students must have 4 full years of continuous gymnastic experience OR *pullover on bars, * a handstand on beam, * backwalkover *working a backhandspring.


This class is by teacher recommendation or evaluation only.

PRESCHOOL CLASSES  CO-ED

SUPER STARS AND FRIENDS
(Ages 18 months to 3 years)

This is SSGA’s version of a Parent and Tot class! This class is 45 minutes long. These classes promote early development and provide a strong foundation for your child’s critical first growing years. Weekly classes will help your child achieve new milestones and prepare for more advanced challenges during each stage of growth. And since you’re along for the ride, you will be right there to celebrate every discovery with smiles, hugs and the occasional adult-sized giggle. 

Children also learn and develop perceptual awareness, introduction to colors, language development and self-expression, knowledge of numbers and letters, and initial problem solving skills when they are in a structured gymnastics program.

NEW - TUMBLE And POM



(Ages 3-5)

Unleash your little one's energy and creativity in our Preschool Tumble and Pom Class, where fun meets fundamentals! This 45 minute class is a combination of Gymnastics and Cheer. Students will use floor, tumble track and Pom-Poms!!
The curriculum is designed to explore the basics of gymnastics and cheer through exciting activities that include team building, basic jumps, rolls, leaps and turns while developing balance and strength.

STAR HOPPERS
(Ages 3-5)

This is a 45 minute class for children who are developmentally ready for an independent learning experience. These children use gymnastics to begin to develop a healthy, active lifestyle! Gymnastics helps develop physical strength and muscle control, fine and gross motor skill development, coordination, and balance.
Children also learn and develop perceptual awareness, introduction to colors, language development and self-expression, knowledge of numbers and letters, and initial problem solving skills when they are in a structured gymnastics program.
Children in our programs develop independence and learn to feel comfortable away from parents, early socialization, sharing and taking turns, accepting new environments, following directions and cooperation! Plus, we LOVE watching the smiles and hearing their laughter, all the while LEARNING lots of great new skills!!

JR NINJA

(AGES 3-5)

This is a 45 minute class for children who are developmentally ready for an independent learning experience. These children use gymnastics to begin to develop a healthy, active lifestyle!  Your children will love our obstacle courses and challenges.
