COMPETITIVE TEAMS
We Have Competitive Teams for Almost All Ages, Abilities & Interest Levels!
We offer many competition team options at SSGA!
DP (Levels 2-10): Requires full commitment, higher training hours and expectations.
Xcel: 2-3 day per week commitment is still required, but training hours are fewer.
Jr. STARS: fewer training hours (1 day per week) and fewer competitions-this is our lowest cost team.
We also have pre-teams (ages 4-6 usually) and a training team (ages 7+); the purpose of these programs is to prepare members for our competition teams.
