Join a Competitive Team!

Joining a competitive gymnastics team will empower your child by teaching her to be the best individual possible. She will develop both positive team and independent skills while building a strong body, gaining self-confidence, and making new friends.

To All Potential New Team Members for the 2025-26 Season-

*In lieu of team tryouts, SSGA will offer the following options for those that wish to join our team programs:

1. Anyone currently on a team elsewhere should contact a team director for a free trial.

2. Any potential new team members that did not compete in 2024-25 from outside of SSGA should reach out to the same emails above to arrange for an evaluation.

3. Current SSGA students that are eligible will receive a team invite letter in late April.

Our Competitive Team at a Gymnastics Competition

We Have Competitive Teams for Almost All Ages, Abilities & Interest Levels!

We offer USAG Women's Developmental Program Teams from Level 2-10, and Xcel Teams. We also offer pre-teams (ages 4-6) and Training Teams (ages 7+).

We have a team called SSGA STARS that trains once per week and has a less intensive meet schedule. It's a great option for gymnasts that want to be part of a team but are busy with other commitments. So much fun! We have a team for almost everyone interested at SSGA!
